As operations manager, I spent nine years maintaining one of Sydney’s most prestigious sporting venues. I gained invaluable experience maintaining high standards and strong ethics in commercial pool maintenance. My goal was to create a pool maintenance team to deliver that level of excellence to not only larger facilities but the family swimming pool.
