Olympic Swimmer Visits Peakhurst West Pool
The Peakhurst Amateur Swim Club held a swim clinic hosted by Olympian Elijah Winnington for their members on Sunday April 6 at the Peakhurst West Swimming Pool.
20 kids were taken through dry-land exercises, swimming technique and had the chance to race Elijah. This was followed up by a Q&A session where Elijah reiterated the importance of allowing a balanced lifestyle to improve performance in the pool.

JANUARY 2025

The team at Bright Pool Services has been busy bringing our expertise to maintain your family pools during what has been a hot and busy summer season. Adam's schedule has been booked solidly throughout December and January, and he has worked tirelessly to ensure your backyard swimming pool is able to be enjoyed by your family during the holidays.

Peter has continued to maintain our commercial facilities as well as expanding the business into facility management, taking on the operations of the Peakhurst West Swimming Pool on behalf of the Department of Education Schools Infrastructure Asset Management Unit.
Peter, as all business owners do, extends himself from dawn until dusk to attend to every query and request that comes his way and this summer season has been no different. Peter has provided his consultancy expertise to commercial facilities on recommendation from associates in the industry. To receive this type of feedback is invaluable; it is a testament to Peter's extensive knowledge in plant room operations and the rapport established with industry peers from his prior work.

Jane has stepped into the role of Centre Manager at Peakhurst West Swimming Pool and will oversee the operations of this aquatic facility for the next six months. Jane will be coordinating community users, arranging trades and repairs, maintaining WHS standards, liaising with the Asset Management Unit, maintaining the plant room equipment and monitoring/adjusting the water chemistry.
To be sought after is always a good thing in business, and our expanding schedules are a representation of the hard work we invest to produce exceptional results for our clients. It is due to this demand that we had to reduce our retail shop opening hours to accommodate these additional commitments.

This month we welcomed our newest team member, Cooper Meyer. Cooper comes to us with two years of residential pool servicing and pool retail experience and spent January shadowing Peter on his commercial routes as he sinks his teeth into the world of commercial pool maintenance. Eventually Cooper will work both as a residential and commercial technician, allowing us to afford more time to take on new clients and focus once again on improving our retail shop.

It has been an empowering and exciting month for the team. We are looking forward to strengthening our connections with clients and associates as we manage aquatic facilities and collaborate with interstate companies in the aquatics industry. As always, we are sincerely grateful for all the support we receive.
happy new year!

DECEMBER 2024

We are excited to announce that from January 2025 we will be managing the operations of the Peakhurst West Pool facility, located adjacent to Peakhurst West Public School.
In addition to our regular water chemistry testing, we will provide operational supervision and maintenance to ensure current swimming groups and pool users can continue using the facility safely. The team at Bright Pool Services look forward to embracing the community's enthusiasm for their clubs and associations and above all, fostering our shared passion for swimming.
