AS A TEENAGER, BRIGHT POOL SERVICES OWNER AND DIRECTOR PETER BRIGHT SWAM COMPETITIVELY AT ALL LEVELS. WHILST FULLTIME TRIATHLON TRAINING, AN INJURY CHANGED HIS TRAJECTORY.

​Peter's role as a swimming instructor at Menai Swim Academy from 2003 to 2009 led him to mentor fellow swimmers, and after a back injury in 2008 his involvement in sport and fitness saw Peter course-correct and attain his Diploma in Fitness. ​
Joining the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust Stadium in 2010, Peter was quickly promoted to Operations Supervisor spending nine years maintaining the stadium's gym, pool, spa and sport facilities. As Work Health and Safety Representative, he thoroughly rewrote the stadium's Safe Work Method Statements over a ten week duration and demonstrated comprehensive knowledge in commercial safety.
​In preparation for the mammoth rebuild of the SC&SG Trust and Allianz Stadium complex, Peter was selected to consult with the project management team for the site redevelopment and oversaw the planning and development of the gym's layout. ​In this role, he gained valuable experience in consulting with architects and engineers to create optimal layouts tailored to the specific needs of clients.​
In 2019 Peter, with his wife Jane and four children, relocated from Sydney's inner west to Camden. His expertise in the industry attracted the attention of local aquatic facilities.
From humble beginnings the company was born. With one commercial client and a small van, Peter established Bright Pool Services in 2020 and operates the business with an ethos of integrity while delivering expert advice and exceptional results. Now into its fifth year of operations, Bright Pool Services is rapidly gaining recognition in the industry as Sydney's trusted commercial and residential pool maintenance company.
